Things You'll Need:
- 1 cup sugar
- water
- 1/2 cup white corn syrup
- 3/4 to 1 cup lemon juice
- 2 egg whites

Step 1
Mix sugar in 1 cup hot water, then boil. Introduce corn syrup, then refrigerate.

Mix sugar syrup, 1 cup of water and lemon juice and freeze for 40 minutes.

Introduce unbeaten egg whites.

Beat the mixture until it all becomes fluffy.
