Things You'll Need:
- 3 bananas
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 ½ tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/6 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 egg
- peanut oil
- powdered sugar

Step 1
Mash the bananas, removing all lumps. Beat egg lightly.

Stir flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together. Slowly add dry mixture and milk to the bananas.

Pour in the egg and lemon juice.

Heat peanut oil to 400 degrees in a deep saucepan. The oil should fill no more than 1/3 of the saucepan.

Drop dollops of the mixture into the oil and fry. When done, allow to drain on paper towels. Shake powdered sugar over the whole.
