Things You'll Need:
- 4 eggs
- 2 ears corn
- 1 tablespoon butter
- kosher salt
- red pepper

Step 1
Beat whites and yolks of the eggs separately, then together.

Grate the corn, then add that and the salt and pepper to the eggs.

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan.

Pour in omelet mixture.

When the omelet is brown, raise pan off the heat, tilt at a 45 degree angle and fold one side of omelet over the other.

Serve on a warm plate.
