An enjoyable way to utilize leftover veggies.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 cups vegetables of any kind
  • 1 cup boil-in-bag rice
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 bell pepper
  • ½ pound Cheddar cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  1. Step 1

    Chop the bell pepper into bits and add that and the vegetables to a baking dish.

  2. Step 2

    Melt the cheese and introduce the milk. Pour this mixture over the vegetables.

  3. Step 3

    Cover all of this with boiled rice.

  4. Step 4

    Bake at 350 degrees until brown.

  5. Step 5

    Yield: Serves 6.
