Things You'll Need:
- 3 cups vegetables of any kind
- 1 cup boil-in-bag rice
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 bell pepper
- ½ pound Cheddar cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika

Step 1
Chop the bell pepper into bits and add that and the vegetables to a baking dish.

Melt the cheese and introduce the milk. Pour this mixture over the vegetables.

Cover all of this with boiled rice.

Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
