If you like pineapple then pile it on! Pineapple is very good for you and adds to the fiber count of the pizza.

If you like the taste of olives then try artichoke hearts, or better yet put both on your pizza!

Try a taco pizza with tomatoes, lettuce, and onions. You're sneaking in vegetables, but you probably won't notice.

Spinach is actually pretty good on a pizza when combined with chicken (which has less fat that pepperoni) and white sauce. Black olives go really well with this type of pizza as well.
