A breakfast bowl makes a fantastic breakfast that everyone will love. Do not be fooled--it is not cooked all in one bowl but added to one bowl just before you serve it. It works great for a brunch too!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 small onion diced fine
  • 1/2 small green pepper diced fine
  • 1 bag diced or cubed potatoes
  • American cheese slices
  • Hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  1. Step 1

    Place sausage in skillet, crumble and cook until done.

    Place potatoes, onions, green pepper in another skillet and cook while sausage is cooking.

  3. Step 3
    Perfectly scrambled eggs

    When the two skillets are just about finished, beat the eggs so they can be scrambled. Put the butter or margarine in a good egg cooking pan and once it melts, scramble the eggs until done.

  4. Step 4

    Now mix all three pans of food together. Dish it out into desired servings.

  5. Step 5

    Place a slice of American cheese over the top of the bowl and place it in the microwave for just a few seconds or until it melts. A few splashes of hot sauce are optional. Serves 4-6 people.
