Want an excellent all natural way to exfoliate your bodies skin? This body scrub will not only leave your skin smooth and soft, it will get rid of that winter chill as well. Read on to learn how to make a warming winter body treatment.

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/2 cup aloe vera gel
  • 1 tbsp. shea butter
  • 1 tbsp. rosemary oil
  • 1/2 tbsp. grated ginger root
  1. Step 1
    Aloe vera

    Mix oils, shea butter and aloe vera gel until smooth.

  2. Step 2
    Ginger root
     
    Ginger root

    Mix in ginger root an whisk with an eggbeater until a paste is formed.

  3. Step 3
    Bath products
     
    Bath products

    Scrub mixture onto body with body brush and rinse off.

Tips & Warnings
  • Let scrub sit on skin for a few minutes with hot water running in shower to steam and absorb.
  • If you have any suspected allergies to any of the ingredients do not use body scrub.
