Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Cardboard (you can use the inside of cereal boxes)
  • Scissors
  • Markers
  • Animal stickers
  • Large buttons or laminated construction paper pieces (to use as board markers)
  • Small paper bag
  1. Step 1

Cut one 8" x 8" board for each player from the cardboard.

  2. Step 2

Draw grids on the board to create nine squares.

  3. Step 3

Draw a star or write the word "Free" in the middle space.

  4. Step 4

Place a different animal sticker in each of the other squares on a board.

  5. Step 5

From the cardboard, cut smaller squares and place one animal sticker on each. Place all of these game cards in the paper bag.

  6. Step 6

Start the game by instructing each player to place a button or other marker in the Free space.

  7. Step 7

As the caller, draw a small game card and name the animal on the sticker.

  8. Step 8

Help the players check their Bingo cards to see if the animal called is shown. If it is, help them place a marker on that animal.

  9. Step 9

The first person who has three markers in a row calls "Bingo!" and is named the winner.

Tips & Warnings
  • The game can be made more challenging if the caller makes the sound of the animal rather than naming it.
