Things You'll Need:
- 4 medium tart apples, sliced
- 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (packed in its own juice)
- 4 packets artificial sweetener
- ground cinnamon (to taste)
- 6 tbsp. crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup whipped topping
- Microwave dish (or eight inch pie plate)

Step 1
In your microwave dish, layer apple slices. This recipe calls for leaving the skin on the apples, however the skin may be removed if you prefer.

Step 2
Do not drain pineapple. Pour entire can over slices and sprinkle with sweetener and cinnamon.

Cook in microwave until apple slices are tender.

Divide into six servings and top each with equal amounts of graham cracker and whipped topping.
