Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- 2 or more frisbees
- creativity
Step1
It is possible to have a frisbee toss by yourself. You simply toss the frisbee up and ahead of you at an angle. Start with a 45 degree angle and adjust as needed. When you get the right angle the frisbee will come back to you. But be aware that the higher you throw it the faster it comes back at you. I had a black eye to remind me of this lesson.
Step2
This step involves two people. Try juggling two frisbees between two people. You each start with a frisbee and stand at least 20 feet apart from each other. Throw the frisbees at the same time and try keep them from colliding in mid air. This gives you a good workout because you are catching and throwing twice as often as you would in a regular frisbee toss.
Step3
This step is what I call "wobble frisbee". You take a tiny bit of mud and pack it in the inner lip on one side of the frisbee and then throw it. The added weight on one side makes the frisbee wobble as it flies through the air.
Step4
This one I call "separation anxiety". It is best to do this when there are at least two people on the side you are throwing to. You take one frisbee that is smaller than another and tuck it inside the bigger one. Grip the lips of both frisbees at once and throw them at a slight angle together. Sometimes they stay together the whole way, but other times they separate and fly off in two different directions.

on 4/21/2008 This may be eHow's most important article. The pursuit of the perfect Frisbee toss is a lifelogn quest. Five stars!

on 1/7/2008 I think I'd still hit myself in the head. But your article will help most people. I think it would be fun and good exercise! :)

on 1/5/2008 This is a wonderful idea. I think I am going to set my kids up with the single toss so that they can practice without hurting each other.
