Things You'll Need:
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 lbs. beef sirloin tip, cut into small pieces
- 2 medium onions, chopped into small pieces
- 5 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tbsp. Hungarian paprika
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 4 cups water
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1 Tbsp. Caraway Seeds
- 1 tsp. sugar

Step 1
Put olive oil in the bottom of a large pot. Brown beef sirloin pieces and chopped onions until the beef is done and onions are clear.

Step 2
Add chopped garlic, Hungarian paprika, tomato paste and water.

Step 3
As it is coming to a boil, start to add marjoram, caraway seeds and sugar.

Step 4
Add the salt and paper to your taste. Cook approximately 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
