How to Make a Singapore Sling Drink

This recipe really did originate in Singapore, and was thought to be a drink for the ladies because it was pink. It's now a classic. Serves one.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• oranges or lemon wedge
• cracked ice
• club sodas
• dash of lemon juices
• cocktail shaker
• 1 oz. cherry brandy
• 1 oz. sour mix
• 2 oz. gin
• 1/2 oz. Benedictine
• collins glasses
• teaspoons
• dash of grenadines
• cocktail toothpicks
• maraschino cherries
• Club Sodas
• Cracked Ice
• Dash Of Grenadines
• Dash Of Lemon Juices
• Maraschino Cherries
• Oranges Or Lemon Wedge
• Cocktail Shaker
• Cocktail Toothpicks
• Collins Glasses
• Teaspoons
• Collins glasses
• 1 oz. cherry brandy
• 1/2 oz. Benedictine
• 1 oz. sour mix
• 2 oz. gin

1. Put the gin, Benedictine, lemon juice, sour mix and grenadine in a shaker with cracked ice.

2. Shake five times.

3. Pour into a chilled collins glass.

4. Top off with club soda.

5. Pour brandy over the back of a spoon into the center.

6. Garnish with a flag.

Tips & Warnings

• Spear a cherry to an orange or lemon wedge to make a flag.
• Mixed drinks contain alcohol, so use moderation.
