Today, people are eating healthier in general. Here are a few simple steps to eating healthier when out at a restaurant.

    Choose a restaurant with a long, or full menu.

  2. Step 2

    Have only one offering, instead of appetizer, main entree and dessert.

  3. Step 3

    Choose something from the children's menu.

  4. Step 4

    Have only an appetizer or two.

  5. Step 5

    Don't order deep fried foods. Instead opt for something lighter, such as grilled chicken.
