We all go through the same thing, what to watch at the movies, or on DVD. Here are a few steps to a more harmonious movie night.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
The first step is to decide what you don't want to watch, and be honest. Once you have that, you can move into the realm of what might be good to watch.
Step2
Try trading nights, one time you watch what your partner wants and another you watch what you want.
Step3
Stick to a routine, where each partner gets to pick a movie, and you both watch it.
Step4
Try to compromise, when deciding which movie, pick a movie your partner would like, instead of what you would like.
Step5
Make a list of all the movies you want to see and compare lists - you might have more in common than you think. If there are numerous films that come up in both of your lists, watch those movies first before comprising with movies that both of you might not be completely interested in.
