How to Make Homemade Graham Crackers

Everyone's favorite childhood treat...Graham Crackers! Whether you like them just the way they are, or with warm gooy marshmelows and melted chocolate, or in the form a house decorated with all kinds of other delicious sweets this is the recipe for you. It's quick, it's easy, and best of all...it's delicious!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tea spoon backing powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water
  1. Step 1

    whip the margarine and sugar together in a mixing bowl. Add the dry ingredients begin to mix and pour the water in slowly as you stir. Mix until doughy.

  2. Step 2

    Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes. Then roll it out on a large greased cookie sheet. With a knife make cuts in the dough (you can make squares or rectangles, or get as creative as you would like. Just make sure you poke holes in the dough with a fork.

  3. Step 3

    Pre-heat your oven to 350F and bake the crackers for 12 minutes.
