With you invites let everyone know that they are welcome to stay over at your home if they are planning on drinking. Make the statement sound casual. Let them know that you do not want anyone drinking and driving away from your get together. Everyone should understand your concerns.

During the party it may be necessary to collect keys of all the drivers. Doing so will eliminate the uncertainty that someone may go against your wishes. You do not have to do this in a harsh way. Grab a container and playfully ask each guest to drop there keys into it. Let them all know that you will bring out the keys first thing in the morning.

Designated drivers are always a great way to eliminate risk. If you have a friend or family member whom you know will not be drinking you can use them to taxi people home if need be. While at the party let everyone know who these drivers are. This way if there is an emergency you will have someone who is able to drive responsibly.

Step4

Safety is always first in these situations. If you are clear from the beginning that you do not want anyone drinking and driving then everything should work out. However, if there comes to be some kind of a conflict allow yourself to be harsh with these individuals. Everyone's safety is more important than feelings at this point.
