How to Hide Personal Flaws in Photos
With digital photography you can manipulate photographs by changing aspects you don't like. You can add, subtract or change colors and images to suit your needs. Hide personal flaws like blemishes or pimples in photos and you'll have the photos you desire.

Input your photos into the computer by downloading the photos from your camera or scanning them into the computer. Save them on the computer hard drive to use in your photo editing program.

Open your photo editing software by double-clicking your software icon. If you don't have an icon, click "Start" then "All Programs," and choose your software program from the menu.

Click "File," then "Open" to open the photo file. Photos are usually stored in "My Photos." Choose "From File" to locate your photos on the computer. You can now manipulate your photos with your editing software.

Find the cloning icon or tool on the Menu Bar. Most editing software comes with a "Clone" tool that you can use to change the way your photos looks. Your mouse pointer becomes a cloning tool. You can use this tool to cover up or erase part of your photo. Use the cloning tool to hide personal flaws in your photos.

Pick a color you like in your photo. Use the "Cloning" Tool to blend the color you like into the color you don't like. For instance, you can cover a facial blemish by covering it.

Choose a clear section of skin and then use the cloning tool to pick up that color. Click and drag over the area you want to cover or change. The blemish will disappear as you cover it with the clear skin color.

Save your fixed photo with a new name. Print the photo.
