Casino poker is playing poker at the casino against other players. You're not playing against the house. You are simply playing poker with the other people at the table. If you have the best hand, you can win that hand. However, if someone else has a better hand, you lose whatever you bet on that hand. Learn more about casino poker play before playing.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Visit any casino and advise the cashier that you want to play casino poker. He then directs you to the poker gaming tables.

  2. Step 2

Sit down at the table and purchase your poker chips from the dealer. Make sure you purchase chips for poker at the poker table. Chips are usually specific for each game you play.

  3. Step 3

Begin play. The casino dealer deals one card at a time to each player. He deals the first and second card face down and deal a third card face up.

  4. Step 4

Pick up the face down cards carefully. Don't let anyone see those cards. The dealer now asks the person with the lowest card to begin the betting.

  5. Step 5

Match the bet that was placed if you want to stay in the game. Fold if you don't want to stay in the game. You fold by taking the face up card, turning it down and placing your other cards on top of it. Slide all three cards inward to the dealer.

  6. Step 6

Continue playing with the dealer dealing one card at a time to the remaining players. After each card, someone places a bet. Fold or bet. When the dealer gets to the seventh card, he then deals that card face down. Pick it up to join the other two cards you have.

  7. Step 7

Make the last bets, and then lay your cards down. The dealer then determines the winner and takes the house cut. Then he slides the rest of the chips to the winning player. Another poker hand now starts.
