How to Use a Sunscreen Booth

Everyone has heard of a spray tan booth, but now there is also a booth that applies sunscreen from head to toe. It is a way to get sunscreen all over your body in an even manner to ensure that you don't suffer damage from the sun. This is especially helpful for people who have forgotten to bring along sunscreen or have problems applying it themselves.

Instructions

1. Find a site that has a sunscreen booth. Since this is a fairly new product, you may have to search around a bit. You may be able to find a booth at a tanning salon or pool club.

2. Pay the fee for the booth. The fee is typically nominal and does not cost as much as a spray tan session.

3. Stand on the foot imprints inside of the booth. Look through the levels of sunscreen protection and choose the sunscreen with the SPF that you wish to be applied.

4. Close your eyes and wait for the sunscreen to mist out. It is going to take less than 15 seconds to be applied.

5. Rub the sunscreen into your body. After application, you should run the lotion into your skin to make sure that it penetrates the surface.

6. Reapply if needed. The sunscreen booth provides the same length of protection than if you applied the lotion yourself. Most people need a reapplication every 2 to 3 hours.

Tips & Warnings

• You do not need to wear protection for your eyes or hair while using the sunscreen booth. It is not going to cause any damage to the areas.

• You can choose to go into the sunscreen booth naked or leave on your bathing suit. The spray does not stain any clothing that you may be wearing.
