Eat a balanced, nutritious diet to make sure you get all you need to feel good and look healthy.

Eat foods that are rich in Vitamin C to combat dark circles under the eyes. Citrus fruits, berries, tomatoes, melons, papayas and green leafy vegetables are loaded with Vitamin C.

Choose foods that have a lot of Vitamin E to get rid of dark circles. Some of these include, nuts, vegetables such as spinach, celery, carrots and asparagus, sunflower seeds, oils, fruit such as apples and avocado, beef and whole grains.
