Step 1
Go to your local health food store. There you will be able to find food that has not been genetically engineered—among them non-GMO baby food.
-
Step 2
Check out what your local grocery store has to offer. They may even have a health food aisle that contains organic and non-GMO foods there. Non-GMO baby food will be among them.
-
Step 3
Read the labels carefully before buying the baby food. The label should state unequivocally that the baby food is non-GMO. If you do not find that statement printed on the label or even something like "non-GMO", don't buy the baby food.
-
Step 4
Look online for non-GMO baby food. Companies that make non-GMO baby food will also provide links to stores near you that carry their products. Tate Bud Baby and Homemade Baby are two such companies.
-
Step 5
Buy the ingredients to make your own non-GMO baby food. This can be as simple as growing the vegetables in your own garden or finding organic farmers near you that sell their produce. You can even find organic produce in health food stores. By making your own food, you can be in total control of what your baby is eating as well as in total control of the ingredients.
