Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Step1
Find a pars course trail. They are growing greatly in popularity, and many can be found in city and town parks. Each station usually has instructions on how to properly use it. It can be fun to run or walk awhile, and then come upon a new exercise to try.
Step2
Do pull-ups on a tree limb. Pull-ups can be tough, so if you are not used to them, try it with a partner. Find a low tree branch that can support your weight. It should be relatively horizontal to avoid injury. Place hands shoulder-width apart, and bend knees to lift off the ground. If needed, have a partner support you by your shins.
Step3
Work your triceps and thighs with a park bench. Sit on the very edge of the bench and place your hands on each side of your butt. Edge off the bench and move feet forward until your knees are directly above your ankles. Lower down, and rise using your triceps and thigh muscles.
Step4
Do a good old-fashioned push-up. These can be adjusted according to ability. For easier push-ups, place knees on the ground instead of your feet. For more challenge, have partner hold onto your feet wheel-barrow style. This gives much more weight to lift with your arms.
Step5
Work your glutes and legs with sprints up steep hills. Find very steep inclines and sprint up them repeatedly. This greatly strengthens your butt and legs.
