Easter bunny costumes are appropriate for people of all ages. They can be fun for kids to wear as a costume, and they're great for adults to wear during Easter celebrations. The best part about Easter bunny costumes is that they're easy to make yourself. With just a little bit of sewing skills, you can make your own perfectly designed Easter bunny costume.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • White sweat suit
  • Pink felt
  • White pom-pom
  • White sneakers
  • White gloves
  • Cardboard
  1. Step 1

Cut all the necessary pieces using the pink felt. You need an oval which will serve as the bunny's tummy, and you need paw prints for your hands and feet.

  2. Step 2

Place the pink felt oval to the front of your sweat shirt and sew it on. It should be placed so that it covers most of the front.

  3. Step 3

Sew the white pom-pom to the back of the sweat pants where a cotton tail belongs. If you don't have a white pom-pom, you can make your own tail. Simply roll up a white sock into a ball and cover it in pieces of cotton.

  4. Step 4

Attach the paw prints for your hands to the palm side of your white gloves. Do the same with your sneakers to make your feet look like bunny paws.

  5. Step 5

Trace bunny ears onto a piece of cardboard and cut them out. This allows your ears to be stiff and look more realistic. Cover the cardboard with fabric that matches the rest of your costume. Leave excess fabric at the bottom so you can sew your new bunny ears onto a headband.

  6. Step 6

Accessorize your Easter bunny costume with a carrot. You can sew a carrot out of your favorite fabric and carry it around to make your costume look more realistic.
