Instructions
  1. Step 1

Sign in or sign up on Nexo.com. If you do not have a Nexo account, sign up for one. Nexo asks for a user name, password and your email address. Your email address is used to verify your account.

  2. Step 2

Open your home page. Once you have verified your account you are automatically logged in and your home page appears. In the middle of this page is a section that lists different types of groups available on Nexo.

  3. Step 3

Choose "Create a School Site." A small window appears that asks you for your group name. This group name is automatically placed on the group website. Enter a name appropriate for your class. Nexo also asks for a brief description of the group. Enter the appropriate information and click "Next." Nexo then asks you to choose a template for your school or club website. Select from a list in the pull-down menu. Click "Next."

  4. Step 4

Choose the level of security you want for your class website. The next page that appears asks you to choose between the default permissions and the advanced permissions for your website. Review the qualities of each one and choose the permission that best fits your class.

  5. Step 5

Select the settings for the website. In the next page choose the membership type, who is to be invited and who you want to receive email from. Click "Create" at the bottom of the page. Your Nexo class website has now been created.
