Instructions

    • 1

Brush your teeth with oxygenating toothpaste. This helps to lift bacteria from the tongue effectively before they can accumulate.

    • 2

Rinse your mouth with an oxygenating mouthwash. This picks up where the toothpaste leaves off and helps to wash away any lingering bacteria, particles, and dead cells that could become tonsil stones.

    • 3

Scrape your tongue with a tongue scraper moving form the back to the front in one single sweep. Go as far back as you can. You may gag but this will help remove even more matter that could get trapped in the tonsil crypts. Repeat this motion until the tongue scraper no longer returns a thick white substance.

    • 4

Gargle with your oxygenating mouthwash for at least three minutes in order to wash away any remaining matter and thoroughly flush the tonsil crypts. This will help to prevent tonsil stones from forming in the future.

Tips & Warnings

  • For best results, repeat this process at least twice daily.

  • Use a tongue scraper that has a low profile so you can get to the back of your tongue without gagging too much.
