Chocolate is one of many people's guilty pleasures. There's nothing quite as satisfying as savoring a block of chocolate. Enjoying a chocolate bubble bath is a way to indulge in chocolate healthily. The aroma of chocolate fills the bathroom, releasing cocoa's endorphins that many believe help to improve your mood. Plus, soya milk in the chocolate bubble bath soothes and moisturizes your skin.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 3 oz. dark chocolate
  • 1/3 cup soya milk
  • Unscented bubble bath
Step1
Grate or chop 3 oz. of dark chocolate into fairly fine pieces.
Step2
Heat 1/3 cup of soya milk in a saucepan until hot but not boiling.
Step3
Add the grated chocolate to the hot soya milk. Stir it slowly until the chocolate melts.
Step4
Let the soya milk and chocolate mixture cool, and then mix it with the unscented bubble bath. Use as much bubble bath as you would put in a normal bath.
Step5
Run yourself a hot bath and pour in the chocolate bubble bath under the running water. Mix the bath water around vigorously to create fluffy, luxurious chocolate bubbles.

Tips & Warnings

  • Add a sprinkling of cinnamon to your chocolate bubble bath to take advantage of cinnamon's antibacterial properties.
  • Include grated or powdered ginger if you want to eliminate your body's toxins as well. Make sure the bath water is very hot, and add 1/8 cup of grated ginger before you climb in.
