Trader Joe's is a dynamic, growing organic and natural foods grocery store company. Trader Joe's is known for great food choices at affordable prices, and inexpensive wine selections. Trader Joe's can also be a great place to begin a career or simply to work while in school and needing a part-time occupation. Here is how to get a job and work at Trader Joe's.

    Determine if you would enjoy the atmosphere working at Trader Joe's. The company bills itself as a "casual, upbeat, challenging, people-oriented company" where workers look forward to going to their jobs and enjoy the time spent there.

  2. Step 2

    Locate a Trader Joe's near your home and find out if there are any job openings. Check out the "Jobs" section of the Trader Joe's website. Apply online or in your local store.

  3. Step 3

    Be enthusiastic at your job interview. Trader Joe's prides itself on having a fun atmosphere; make sure you reflect the same spirit.

  4. Step 4

    Be on time for your shifts and keep up a positive attitude and good interaction with Trader Joe's customers. Remember to work as part of a team and not just for yourself.
