Keep the lines of communication open. It's important to talk to your husband about your concerns and fears. Be assertive and express then clearly.

Use "I-statements" instead of "You-statements". Using the word "I" unites the two of you. Using "you" creates distance and can alienate your husband. Be a good listener.

Believe in him. The worst thing a woman can do is assume the very worst of her husband. It's one thing if he's showing blatant signs of cheating, then you have the right not to trust him. But, you can't imagine things, either.

Learn how to fight fair, it builds trust. Stick to the issue at hand. Don't make it about personal attacks or name calling. Decide before-hand how and when you'll take a time out from the fight.
