The punch comes from the rum - not the punchbowl - in this quintessentially tropical cocktail. Serves one.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • cracked ice
  • 1 oz. pineapple juices
  • limes or orange twist
  • liquor
  • highball glasses
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  • 2 oz. light rum
  • splash of Angostura bitters
  • sprinkle of nutmeg
  • stirrers
  • maraschino cherries
  • Cracked Ice

  • Splash Of Angostura Bitters
  • Sprinkle Of Nutmeg
  • Highball Glasses
  • Stirrers
  • Highball glasses
  • 2 oz. light rum
  • 1 oz. pineapple juices
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  1. Step 1

    Fill highball glass three-quarters full with cracked ice.

  2. Step 2

    Pour rum into glass.

  3. Step 3

    Add the juices.

  4. Step 4

    Stir four times.

  5. Step 5

    Add a splash of Angostura bitters followed by a sprinkle of nutmeg.

  6. Step 6

    Garnish with a twist of lime or orange and a maraschino cherry.

Tips & Warnings
  • Mixed drinks contain alcohol, so use moderation.
  • Never drink and drive.
