1
Determine the size of your clock, and cut the dark green felt into a large rectangle.
-
2
Cut the tan or gold felt into a rectangle abut 2 or 3 inches larger than the dark green rectangle.
-
-
3
Center the dark green felt in the middle of the larger rectangle.
-
4
Snip out billiard ball circles from the red, black, blue and orange felt.
-
5
Cut 4 smaller circles from the white felt or white craft foam and use the black marker to write 3, 6, 9 and 12 on each piece. Glue the circles in the middle of the billiard balls. Arrange the billiard balls at the 3.00, 6.00, 9.00 and 12.00 positions on the dark green felt. Glue them down securely.
-
6
Place the clock centrally on a piece of cardboard, making sure that the cardboard is slightly smaller than the clock. Glue the clock in place and fold the extra felt around the edges. Glue the edges securely to the back of the cardboard.
-
7
Use the craft knife to cut a hole in the middle of the clock through all the cardboard and felt layers and install the clockworks.
