Relacore is an over-the-counter weight loss pill made by the Carter-Reed company. There are two versions of Relacore including original Relacore and Relacore PM. Relacore uses vitamins, mineral and herbs to reduce stress and anxiety. This helps your body cut the cortisol production and reduce body fat. Relacore balances out your hormones which lifts your mood and your adrenaline levels.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Step1
Drink 8 ounces of water and take one Relacore pill at least 10 minutes before breakfast. This allows the Relacore to get into your system before your food is consumed and helps with controlling your appetite.
Step2
Eat a healthy breakfast that is low in fat and calories such as dry toast and fruit. Breakfast is an important meal as it gives you energy to start the day. Do not skip breakfast.
Step3
Eat a nutritious lunch. Take one pill with an 8-ounce glass of water 10 to 20 minutes before eating.
Step4
Exercise daily. Studies have shown that people who take Relacore and exercise 15 minutes a day increase their weight loss by at least 10 percent.
Step5
Eat dinner at least two hours before bedtime. Take one pill with 8 ounces of water 10 to 20 minutes before you eat. Make sure the dinner is low in fat and calories to increase the amount of weight loss with Relacore.

Tips & Warnings

  • As with any weight loss regiment, drinking many glasses of water during the day helps flush your system and allows you to lose weight faster.
  • Do not snack in between meals while taking Relacore. Snacks inhibit the effectiveness of the weight loss pill.
