The Jenny Craig weight loss program has a chain of centers that are located all over the continental United States. When you use a Jenny Craig center, you receive one-on-one individualized weight loss counseling. To join Jenny Craig, you'll want to find the closest center near you.

1. Look online at the Jenny Craig website. Put in your zip code and the site can tell you the 5 or 10 closest centers found near that zip code. The returned results give you the center's location, phone number and a map of the area.
2. Call the toll free Jenny Craig customer service line. The phone number is [phone] and a consultant will be able to direct you to the centers that are found within a 30 mile radius of your home.
3. Use your phonebook to look for Jenny Craig locations. You can also browse your local yellow pages as a way to find a Jenny Craig center.
4. Ask other dieters who have joined Jenny Craig in the past. If you know anyone that was on Jenny Craig, find out where they went for their consultations. They can also give you a review on how they liked the program.
5. Join the online group if you are unable to find a Jenny Craig center nearby. In some areas, the centers may be too far from your home. In this case, join through the website and receive virtual weight loss support.
