Visit the jennycraig.com website. You will find the latest news about the Jenny Craig program, client testimonials and help finding the resources you need to be successful.

Sign up for a "myJenny" account. This will give you a customized view of the Jenny Craig program and access to all the online tools and menu planner.

Click on "My Recipes" under the "Online Tools" sidebar. You'll get a feel for what recipes are available by the sampling that is listed and a search tool for customized recipe searches.

Conduct a quick recipe search. Select options such as meal type, including desserts, appetizers, salads, main dishes, side dishes, sandwiches and soups, season of the year, a special occasion search option and preparation time.

Select your recipe. The search tool will bring up several selections. Simply click on one and it will bring up the recipe, including preparation and cooking time, nutritional information and a tool to change the amount of people the recipe will serve.
