      Sign up for a "myJenny" account. Registration is quick easy and best of all free. Once you sign up you'll have access to a bunch of great online tools, including the online menu planner.

      Click on "Menu Planner" under "Online Tools." After you provide your registration information and email preferences, the jennycraig.com website brings you to your "myJenny" main page. Simply click on "Menu Planner" and you're on your way to planning your menus online.

      Select "Plan a Personalized Menu" to get started. Select a name you want to call your menu, such as "strict" or "maintenance" and select a calorie level.
