Visit the "myJenny" "myHome" page and click "myProfile." Select the "Menu Preferences" link and type in your specific calorie needs and select your preferred program and click submit.

Select the "Menu Planner" under the online tools sidebar and pick your customized menu selections. You can then print this information out so you can post it on your fridge.
