Step 1
Send money. The "Donate" link on Mozilla Firefox home site provides for sign-ups for monthly donations through PayPal, or lump sums. Your dollars will help the non-profit continue to roll out software solutions for the future.
-
Step 2
Report bugs and crash data. Users who can communicate problems with the software back to Mozilla help the foundation troubleshoot new versions of programs to make sure they are as bug-free as possible in the next version.
-
Step 3
Visit SpreadFirefox.com, a Firefox "evangelizing" project, to help spread the word about what the company is doing.
-
Step 4
Use community support forums to inform others about your experiences with the browser. New users rely on the community for support about how to use FireFox to surf the net or when they design sites. The forums are available on the Mozilla page.
-
Step 5
Report and contact sites that have Mozilla problems. If you notice that a site is not coordinating with the browser, let the owners of that site know where they can get help. Point them toward the community forums or other resources; the success of the browser depends on as many sites working with it as possible.

Step 6
Help with Mozilla marketing. Mozilla is looking for volunteers to help out with several projects including testimonials and media collection. Check out the site for specific projects looking for help.
