Jenny Craig offers its members numerous options in the area of support: chat rooms, message boards and one-on-one consultations with a sponsor. Still, staying on track can be difficult. So if you know someone who's joined Jenny Craig, learn to be supportive and help her reach her weight loss goals.

Step1
Learn the program. Know if your friend is part of Jenny Direct, where the food is sent to your house, or if she's going to a local center. If it's the latter, know what day and time her meeting is.
Step2
Ask how things are going. Accountability is one of the main things that keep people on track when losing weight. While she might not want to admit her failures, it will be good for her to do so. That way the next time temptation creeps up on her, she might think twice about cheating because she has to admit it to you.
Step3
Eat consciously when she's around. You don't have to deprive yourself but don't invite her out for ice cream, either. Jenny Craig will teach her how to eat properly, but it's a tough road getting there. Be supportive of that.
Step4
Be trustworthy. Don't share any of the details of your conversations with anyone—they should be kept private. This way your friend will know she can approach you with any struggles she's facing.
Step5
Let your friend know you're available whenever she needs support. That could mean late night phone calls or emails and text messages throughout the day. Respond as quickly as possible and give her a chance to talk through the issues she may be having.
