2. Adjust the settings of the ultrasound device according to the instructions and the specific treatment desired. Most units produce vibrations in the 1 to 3 MHz range with various pulsed and continuous modes of operation.
3. Use high frequency to provide deep cleansing for the skin. A 30- to 45-minute session can allow the vibrations to break up old skin cells and oily blockages.
