Things You'll Need:

  • Keepsakes
  • Photos
  • Scrapbook
  • Embellishments
  1. Step 1

Keep special things to add to your scrapbook. You can include the program from graduation and the tassel from your cap. Get a copy of the speeches given at the ceremony or press your class flower and include it. If the scrapbook covers your senior year, include prom tickets, report cards or sports awards.

  2. Step 2

Have your friends sign the scrapbook. Some schools don't get yearbooks printed until after graduation, making it difficult to track down friends. Take your scrapbook to school and allow your friends to write memories and notes for future.

  3. Step 3

Take lots of pictures. You can have pictures from graduation, graduation parties, lock-ins or family events. You can use senior portraits for the scrapbook. Be sure to include photos of people who attended graduation as friends and supporters.

  4. Step 4

Embellish your scrapbook with graduation cutouts. Most craft stores have a scrapbooking section with different packages of items. You can get cutouts that say "Class of," "Congratulations" or "Way to Go." Other cutouts include graduation caps, gowns and diplomas.

  5. Step 5

Make the scrapbook with people who shared the event with you. Your graduation scrapbook doesn't have to be a masterpiece. It preserves your memories in a fun way. Do the project with your mom or dad as a way to spend time together.
