Everyone has chaos in their lives and feel overwhelmed with too much information and burdens, so you just need to change the chaos into controlled management. The key to achieving that is to create harmony and balance; they go hand-in-hand. Harmony is defined as a pleasing combination of events and balance is defined as a state of harmony. They need each other to work to eliminate chaos. Read on to learn more.

How to Eliminate Chaos in Your Life

Step1
First, you must recognize and learn to calm the panic feelings. The brain in chaos is bursting with neuronal networking going on sonic speed. This stimulates the need to panic and feelings of being out of control, followed by more anxiety.
Step2
Second, you must control the panic mind. The best was to calm your mind is to control your breathing and think positive thoughts. There is always a positive side to a negative event, you just have to train yourself to look for the positive and not harp on the negative.
Step3
Third, is to organize your surroundings. If you want to achieve harmony and balance you have to be organized; the paperwork, the house, your schedule, and your mind. The paperwork, especially needs to be organized. There is nothing worst than panic mode when you need a document at an instantly notice and you have no clue where to locate that document. Step4
The fourth is important to keep the chaos out and harmony in. Set deadlines that are realistic and attainable. The unreachable goal will set your mind set back. So, don’t do that to yourself.
Step5
The fifth is one that I feel we all need to have in our lives and that is to cultivate an attitude of gratitude and giving. This will cause a daily dose of heart lifting and peace. It will also teach us to tune out those sad feelings with a warm dose of gratitude.
Step6
The sixth is one that will help you internalize. Make a “happy to have this in my life” journal. It can be in two forms of expressing emotions, either in writing or for the non-writer, drawing form. At the top of the page put, “what I am thankful for.” Make sure that you date this page, because this will be for a month. Then draw or write that thing.
Step7
Then, write a message in a circle of why you love them. It can be a simple sentence or more. It can even be one word. Make sure that you place your achievement there, also.

Then, on another page labeled the page “Chaos” and draw or write a chaotic event. Now in a different color pen write or draw the result. Then at the end of the year you will see your growth that your harmony and balance achieved. You will also see that you eliminated the chaos, too.
