Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Look at the nutritional information online. Read through the nutritional facts about each food item on Chuck E. Cheese's website. Here, you can compare calories and fat found in the food.

  2. Step 2

Get your pizza plain. Although toppings are delicious, a plain slice of the individual cheese pizza is going to be the healthiest pizza option at Chuck E. Cheese.

  3. Step 3

Skip the fries. An order of fries is going to add on almost 500 calories to your meal. Use the salad bar on the premises instead to make your own side salad. The salad bar has numerous veggies that will appeal to all guests.

  4. Step 4

Request one of the light dressings. A small container of blue cheese or Thousand Island dressing can have 150 calories or more. Chuck E. Cheese has light ranch and French that can be used to dress your salad.

  5. Step 5

Share the food. If you want to cut down on the calories that you are eating, then split a sandwich or pizza with your child or dining companion.

Tips & Warnings
  • You should also choose healthier beverages when dining at Chuck E. Cheese. Instead of regular soda, order a diet soda.
  • There are no healthy dessert options at the Chuck E. Cheese chain. Most restaurants are only going to offer cinnamon sticks or apple dessert pizza.
