Step1
Turn your TV set on. Make sure that you have manually turned on the power to your television set and have your universal remote in hand to begin programming it.
Step2
Prepare the remote for programming. Press the “TV” button one time and then press the “Setup” button and hold it until the “TV” button flashes two times.
Step3
Manually program the remote control. Aiming your universal remote at your TV, press the channel up button repeatedly until your TV set turns off.
Step4
Save the settings. Once your TV has turned off press the “Setup” button again. The TV button will flash two times. This will let you know that the remote control has saved the programmed settings.

Tips & Warnings

  • Give the channel up button a second for your TV to process the signal while programming it; sometimes it takes a moment for the signal to reach the TV’s sensors.
  • If you accidentally pressed the channel up button too many times past when it had turned the TV set off do not fret. Simply press the channel down button until your TV turns on again and save the settings by pressing the “Setup” button once.
