Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure the scanner is warmed up for a while. Otherwise, when you click the "Preview" button, your scanner may make a very loud noise. If this happens, take out both cords at the back of the scanner, re insert them and click on the first button on your scanner once again. This could happen more than once.

on 1/11/2008 I like the idea of saving the old for the new. I have CDs made from pictures that are not around any more it is so awesome that I get to pass them to my children without worring if they will still be around by then.

on 12/27/2007 ps-it is great to be able to use a home scanner to scan old photographs of grandparents and great grandparents. Those photos keep deteriorating and now it's so easy to preserve them this way.
