Ever dream about being something really awesome? Do you have fantasies about becoming a singer, musician, actor, or something else? This "dreams" book is sort of like a journal you can keep on your progress or just a notebook on things to help you remember and organize that dream. You can outline your own story or just keep clippings... it's really whatever you make of it and can be adapted to your specific goals and aspirations.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • composition book, or notebook
  • pens, pencils, coloring tools
  • glue/paste and magazines or newspapers
  • quiet space to write in
  • your hopes, dreams, and fantasies

Step1
Step one: Identify your Dream Journal. It can be a scrapbook, diary, notebook or anything you feel will be able to enclose your thoughts. Choose something that can be versatile if you'd like to add photos or clippings to it. Also, keep a writing tool (marker, pen, pencil, etc) close to, or even inside, your Dream Journal.
Step2
Step two: Write in your journal. Just begin writing and remain focused on your dreams.... just let it all out! Write about the entire thing-- beginning with where it takes place, who it involves, and why you love it. Take your mind as far as it will stretch and develop your ideas on paper... draw a picture or diagram if you need to.
Step3
Step three: If you feel led to, visit your journal often and add on or edit the steps to accomplishing this Dream. Your day-to-day vision of the Dream may change so write what comes to mind even if you think it may change later. Imagine this journal as a way to keep your focus and organize your Dream. Someday, you may have the chance to act on it and this book will keep you right on track!

Tips & Warnings

  • Pace yourself.
  • Don't feel any pressure to write everyday.
  • Don't think that your dreams are silly.
