• Shampoo Cape
• Four Butterfly Clips
• Hair Color Applicator Bottle
• Plastic Gloves
• Clean Towels
• Timer
• Hair Color of Your Choice
• Proper Developer

How to Apply Hair Color for a Retouch

1. Place the shampoo cape around your neck to avoid getting any color on your clothing.
2. Using your clips, divide the hair into four sections.
3. Mix the color and developer together into the applicator bottle. Shake well.
4. Apply the color to the new growth only, beginning in the front sections. Make sure to apply to new growth only, working your way around the head, one section at a time.
5. After the appropriate processing time has been reached, take remaining hair color and apply all over your hair to freshen up the ends. Leave in 3 to 5 minutes.
6. Shampoo hair color out of hair with your favorite shampoo and conditioner. Style as desired.
