How to make eggnog

This is a great recipe for eggnog.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 2 cups super fine granulated sugar
  • 1 pt. jamaican rum
  • 1 pt. cognac
  • 3 pts. milk
  • 1 pt. cream
  • cinnamon

Step1
Seperate egg yolk from egg whites; beat yolks and sugar together until thick; Add rum, cognac, milk, and cream; stir
Step2
Chill in refridgerator until ready to use; beat egg whites and fold into mixture
Step3
Do not beat, Do not add ice, sprinkle with cinnamon, serve in a punch bowl
