Christmas time means holiday parties. For your next holiday party, consider serving a cocktail that's both festive and delicious. One such drink is the Rudolph--a great, champagne-based concoction that is spirited, tasty and easy to make. Read on to learn how.

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Take a champagne flute and lightly wet the rim.

  2. Step 2

    Turn the flute upside down and place the rim in the sugar until the rim is coated.

  3. Step 3

    Fill the flute a little more than halfway with champagne.

  4. Step 4

    Fill the rest of the flute with peach juice.

  5. Step 5

    Finally, drop a cherry into the flute so that it sinks to the bottom.

  6. Step 6

    Serve the cocktail, which resembles the famous reindeer, to guests.
