Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Search Technorati for blogs that feature topics that are complimentary to your product. Look the blogs over and make sure they’re the types of blogs you want your product to be associated with. If so, seek out the blogger’s contact information and see if he would be interested in doing a review.
Step2
Go through a paid review service. See the Resources section for links. Many bloggers who are willing to do reviews on their blogs go through these. You can specify what types of blogs you want your product featured on, using parameters such as PageRank and blog topic.
Step3
Visit blogging forums and see if there are any bloggers there that you would like to make a deal with. It’s usually best to email them directly or contact them through their blogs if possible, rather than sending private messages through the forum.
Step4
Post a request for reviewers on forums or job boards. If you have certain criteria that you would like the reviewer to meet, be up front about it. This way more qualified bloggers will be likely to respond.
Step5
State on your website that you are looking for product reviewers. Offer a free product in exchange for a review, or offer some other incentive to reviewers who already own the product.
