How to make a Simple Curry Dip

A fragrant and tasty sauce especially good for dipping vegetables or chicken!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Mayonnaise or yogurt
  • Curry powder
  • Ground Cumin
  1. Step 1

    To one cup of mayonaise Or yogurt add 1/2 teaspoon of Curry powder and up to 1/8 teaspoon Cumin. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Step 2

    Cover and refrigerate for 20 mins or more to allow flavors to blend.

  3. Step 3

    Serve as a sauce with chicken, or as a dip with raw vegetables, plain chips or crackers. I love it with fresh cauliflower!

Tips & Warnings
  • Adjust all seasoning to taste. I use more seasoning as I enjoy a stronger curry taste!
