Step1
Get yourself a journal that you can jot down all of your responsibilities. When something is written down we tend not to forget it. After the task is down on paper, let it go.
Step2
Keep work and work related worries at the office exit. Your worries will be there tomorrow. Quitting time is exactly that, quitting time.
Step3
Spend time with your loved ones. Put their worries and fears first. Let them know that you love them. Show them your love by being attentive. Make sure that all of you is home when you are home. Don't let yourself continually fret over what cannot be handled until tomorrow.
Step4
Spread joy in the hearts of your loved ones. Show through example that you love your family and that every moment counts with them. Dance in the living room. Laugh out loud when something tickles you. Keep your family and their wishes closer than your work related stress. There is always tomorrow for work, but your family needs you today.
